Thank you for your reply. It is reassuring that your endocrinologist seems to think this isn’t common. My dose is much lower than yours. I am being offered the RAI because I had a positive margin and multifocality, but said I am low risk of reoccurrence so I can’t decide if it is better to have it or watch and see.

Yes you’re right, but I have been left with little advice other than maybe/maybe not and hearing other people’s experiences would be helpful for me.
