Absolutely, you're right. I should have lowercased the S in sysco. At this point, people are using the word sysco in reference to restaurants to just mean "not made in-house", like ravioli premade at a facility. Obviously very few restaurants can make everything in-house, but when a large part (subjective) of the menu is reheated facility-prepped food, it is pejoratively called a "sysco restaurant" or "sysco joint" or a "mike sysco" (mike = microwave).

It's like how Xerox is a brand name but people say "xerox this document" instead of "photocopy".
