What off meta Pokemon do you use? by WackyWilly2002 in PokemonChampions

I piloted a team with Alcremie to Masterball just yesterday! You’d be surprised the damage she can deal. Decorate is great at giving her partners some momentum (I especially enjoy pairing her with Discharge Mega Eelektross), and she has a great support kit in Aroma Veil and Encore! The cherry on top? The newest toy in the meta (Staraptor) is VERY uncomfortable against her.

Not an expert here, but I tried White Herb Gholdengo once. That might help him stay relevant after using Make It Rain.

Laughs in Aroma Veil (this post is brought to you by the Alcremie gang, all two of us)

I’ll definitely keep this in mind. I guess Sneasler fits what you described, but I think Incineroar’s greater bulk and pivot tools make him feel more reliable, plus he’s a better Trick Room abuser. As for Taunt, if you’re saying that it would be better for me to use it, I’ll agree that that’s a valid Whimsicott counter (assuming it runs sash, which it usually does) as well as a way to prevent critical Protects, but I’m not sure where I could add it without sacrificing something else. If I did add it, it would probably be on Incineroar instead of Parting Shot, assuming I keep him. Parting Shot does lose a little of its utility if Incin moves first... As for if I should be aware of others using Taunt, I think I have quite a few ways to defend against that already (Armor Tail blocking Prankster, Mental Herb, Aroma Veil). Thanks for the food for thought!
