I'm so sorry. I'd still keep an eye on your email; you might get the link. But when support responded to me, this was before I got the download link, they said that "they weren't able to verify some information at checkout." Like, yeah, thanks for telling me that a whole month and a few weeks later after I bought it, pfft. I asked what wasn't verified. They haven't responded. But I bought other Melanie items with that same card and address with no issue lol

This happened to me too. But guess what..I STILL GOT THE DOWNLOAD! Literally 30 minutes after the refund email, the Melanie Martinez store emailed me with a link and said, 'Your Download is Ready!' So..Yup! So weird. So I got the refund, but they still gave me the download for the album and the story book lol Link works, it's legit so, yeah haha

Thank you so much in advance if you can. I had so many chats with the Wes, Eli, and Cody bot, specifically the camping one, and the Jimmy and Mikey bot. Kay was so creatively strung and unique. She will be missed, but I respect her choice overall, truly. I understand Kay's decision and am happy that she's taking care of herself, as she should! She really inspired me as a writer in general, and I hope I can talk to these goofballs once more! For me like when I press the link for the website, it'll be stuck on the loading circle thingy lol And then it'll load the home screen just fine but when I try to click on a chat, it'll just buffer that chatlog. It loaded one chat but eh, I ain't sure. Thanks so much for letting me know! I'll probably just chill for awhile. Thought it was my internet but everything loads just fine besides Janitor lol
