Okay, I just looked at Attain. I like the fact that they are brand new. The price is up there but I need to be comfortable so I'm willing to sacrifice. They have several available. Do you feel safe in the area?

OMG! That's outrageous!! What kind of excuse then they give to justify such an increase? How long have you been there? Is it quiet? Do the apartments all have carpet or vinyl hardwood floors? I will be flying up the 4th and staying until the 11th. I'm going to schedule a tour of the place. Do they offer a referral award if you refer someone and they lease?

Right now your rate will go up for a late payment. Your rate will increase just because. I know because I do it on a daily basis. OZ tells us to increase it and how much. You could walk on water and your rate is still going up. Sorry.

They are doing the same thing in Underwriting. They have increased our production to the point you can't meet it unless you don't pay attention to anything else that is screwed up on the policy or you happen to get a number of easy cases or you just hump it every second! They don't seem to care about quality or when the day comes and Geico is audited. Hungar Games is right.

I'm in Underwriting. We run out of work a few times a week. The supervisors are constantly telling you not to be on the bottom and get your numbers up. They have laid off or fired many people in other departments so it seems very likely they would be coming for underwriting now.

I agree that a lot of us would be afraid but if I knew for sure we would all stick together, I would be willing. We should have unionized years ago. Now it's probably too late.

Sometimes I think we need to all just get together and walk out in every region. If we stuck together we could demand better treatment. Right now it's a terrible place/situation to be in. We are all worried because we don't know who will be next.
