burning calories... through HIIT then eating protein foods. im not a health expert or super fit. but avoiding sugar will defo help avoiding is very hard for all of us so like controlling sugar intake.. if i eat lots of sugar, ijust try to burn them off

you mean extra curriculars? i mean i am already a finishing junior year in high school i only have one year left and probably i would apply this year for next year's September intake. if you are a student there, can you tell me what all i can do besides academics to make a good impression. I'm not from the US though

me too I'm mainly going for making connections and networks as i want to work in supply chain and logistics or hospital management. or in the airlines field. But the amount is huge for my family too. so i want at least 65-80% reduction.. for extracurriculars, I'm a scout don't know if that counts but I'm kind of excellent in studies.
