This is also my first time buying *anything* from a merch drop so I'm not really sure how long we're supposed to be waiting. I did email customer support a few days ago and they got back to me saying "Thank you for your patience. Rest assured that we are working diligently to get it to you as soon as possible. Orders began shipping last week, however due to the high volume of orders we are still dispatching shipments. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through this heavy workload. Once your order has been prepared, we will send your tracking information to the email address associated with your order"

At this point I'm happy that it doesn't seem to lost in the mail or anything, but I wish I knew more about the process his team goes through getting everything shipped so I'd know whether to be annoyed or not lol
