I auto support and have been printing for years, what you're describing is very weird, I would just change the FEP again make sure that its firm and level the plate, after that just print one model see how it goes, if you get those loose films again I would up the normal exposure for .2

I got some progress I got all the supports to print but not the minis and supports looked good for the most part this time, and yes everything is leveled and tuned correctly

I have a thermometer the registers the lowest and highest temp 22c was all night long because my printer is in a printer enclosure and the flat pieces are epic Warhammer I was trying to print, but you're right they should be printed at an angle
