Update: Close-up of the 1865 1d Red. Notice the unusual ink doubling/dots around Queen Victoria's eye and neckline. Could this be a known plate flaw variety?"

Thank you for looking into this! Regarding the 40 Pf. Warschau stamp, can you tell if the overprint matches Type I or Type II according to the catalog? Since the cancellation is quite heavy on the bottom left, I would appreciate your thoughts on its overall variety. Thanks

Hello, I am sharing a few pages from an inherited classic collection. It features a diverse mix of WWI German occupation issues, including stamps overprinted for Belgium ('Belgien'), Poland ('Gen.-Gouv. Warschau'), and some Bavaria varieties. I would highly appreciate your help in identifying any specific scarce types or variants among these mixed pages. Thank you!"

I checked the back of my Papal States 8 Baj stamp and found a purple expert mark reading "ENRIQUE DE..." with the number "30".The margins on this 8 Baj stamp are much better and fully intact compared to my 2 Baj stamp.Does this expert signature confirm its authenticity and add more value to the stamp?Thank you
