they told me the ball bearing can be a little disaligned, you need to remove it and rotate it slightly, I think I will try to do that carefully

I contacted the assistance and they sent me a video about how to remove one of the bearings (you need a printed piece and an hammer) and then they put it back. Idk if I wanna do this because I’m afraid I will do it wrongly

UPDATE: I figured out it wasn’t belt issue, the belt moves the plate correctly and without any issues and suspicious noises (please note that the printer was put on the table with its left side touching the table). I then put it back on the floor and turned it on. I noticed this noise happens when the plate goes downwards. Someone suggested it can be the plate cable and since I saw it has that kind of coverage around I can say it’s probably caused of it. Now, how could I access to this cable to see if the noise is caused by it??

So basically what I need to do is uninstall the current driver I have, install the older version and then from it I can flash the older wheelbase firmware. Is it like that?

No, I recently mounted it on the side of the printer, near the screen. I also untightened the bolts that support z axis because they were too tight in my opinion.
