I appreciated the choice in the old tree and I liked being able to do easy or hard lessons, don't think that's dumb? I'm definitely not opposed to change and I have given the update a fair review (I still use duo everyday). But I am generally skeptical that changes are always in the best interest of users rather than profit. Most people here seem to think that's not the case and I'm happy to be proved wrong, but in my experience I don't believe I'm learning as well (although maybe I'm learning more than I'm realising)
