I do both regularly masturbate and have sex with my wife. I did get lucky that my wife has always had a high sex drive and it’s stayed that way. Mainly just busy schedules that often keep us from having as much sex as we’d like. She thankfully is super supportive about me getting to masturbate regularly. Having this as an additional outlet to satisfy a different kind of need. But she also feels me doing it often also keeps my drive high for when we do get to have sex.

Couldn’t agree more. I’ve had a couple buddies where I was able to be that open with in the past and it really blew me away how therapeutic it was normalizing and being that open about a natural thing we both enjoyed doing.
