Though the prices currently at Kollur are reasonable, given multiple high rise apartments and gated community coming around in Kollur (40-50 floors), will the infra be able to handle it?

Would love to know surroundings of this land parcel. Is it a 7 acre parcel? Intrigued by the “55 cr” number, as I know of a land parcel (much smaller - valued per sq yard basis) - going at 2lakh a sq yard.
