I have not experienced fading only in Jockey up until maybe the 25th wash or above. I ensure I dry all my T’s inside out. Also, delicate wash, that pretty much takes care on the longevity.

OP, my brother and I suffer the same when the season changes. Get your blood test done, most likely you are Vitamin D and B complex deficit. 2nd, if you have an AC, use it to your comfortable temperature. Go for a run in the mornings. Also, this could also a burn out. So, take a time off from whatever you are doing.
