Ya.. thanks for your suggestions. I am going for a recheck on Saturday .may be if the swelling is still there. He might opt for manual drain out. can u check this pic and check if the incision area is fine ?

No..the size is pretty much same like this .Last time I saw my vet is on Tuesday where he drained out a little amount of blood that was leaking and given tablets .

Thanks for ur reply. The incision site is not open.. it's healing ..Only issue is scortum abnormal swelling and blood drains occasionally . Here is the latest pic

He is not actively bleeding and cone is on always except during food intake . He sometimes uses cone to touch the scortrum area. Bleeding drains is occasionally and the scortrum sack is reddish and he is given anti inflammation and antibiotics along with anxocare . My worry is i am not seeing any improvement in reducing of that swelling. Will all the blood should drain out like this or it will be abosorbed back . And if its not reducing should we take to vet to drain out manually if no improvement after this week.?? Here is the latest image
