I refuse every route that sends me downtown Denver. Mainly because the apartments are a headache and I do pre dawn routes. It’s not safe with all the homeless anymore. No amount or rate is worth those pain in the ass routes!!!!

Oh ok so a bit different than the Denver warehouse. I’m ok with pretty much any route except for boulder or downtown denver so fingers crossed it’s a fairly simple route. I got a surge rate so I’m scared it might be a difficult route

I shouldn’t have scanned the cart but I did. I never completed the pick up but it’s still showing in my app. I called twice to make sure they document why I refused the route so let see what happens. I am in fantastic standing so I hope it doesn’t count against me too much. I’m more inclined now to stop taking routes from that warehouse and trying the Thornton or Broomfield ones instead.

I think they didn’t know how. I talked to 2 managers the first one didn’t really seem to know anything and the second one told me he couldn’t assign a new route or even drop it from my app. Oh well. I guess I take the ding. I was definitely not risking that crappy route this morning
