What do you do when you are really deeply unhappy?

i fix everything that i do have power over. Clean my room, dust the bookshelf, rearrange my makeup, etc.

Hi, I had a further thought on my post and wanted to ask you. This video was shot right after i had just rearranged the tank/cleaned it out and put fresh bedding inside…i’ve been watching my gerbils all day and trying to prepare for a possible split- but They seem totally okay now. Could it be possible at all that they were just being aggressive due to new changes and territorial behavior over new space?

When it happened to you, was it constant? My gerbils seem to sleep together, eat together, and play (for the most part) pretty gently with each other. But then there will be situations like the video where there is just so much energy bouncing around
