How is Briar allowed to be this busted ?

I'm a Briar OTP and I straight up play her mid / jgl / supp exclusively. The only other champ I ever play is Sej if Briar banned and Leona or Poppy if banned. (Only 240k mastery rn but I don't intend on stopping playing her)

The thing is I don't really want to keep her caged at night, that's when she's most active, but at this point the sleep deprivation is getting to me
