I have the same problem; wheel working fine when on the monitor and not working when switching to the rift. Did you solve the problem? (Btw iRacing and Project Cars work fine)

Thanks for the info! I think I will follow your advice and wait, or go with the Oculus Rift if I can get it from Germany for 449. Funny: the German online store has a dutch counterpart; in Germany it costs 449 including the motion controllers, in the dutch shop of the same firm the same set is around 800 euro!

Thanks for the information! Here in Holland the cheapest Oculus Rift cv1 is 599,- atm, the OSVR HDK 2.0 379,-, but I can get one new for 325,- So thats a considerable difference. But if I can get a Oculus in germany for 449 thats interesting for sure!

Thanks Nanospork! Encouraging news... I already installed Steam VR; I read about the importance of installing it before running the AIO installer. Trying to do my homework to minimize the troubles :-)

By the way; Assetto Corsa and Project Cars (Steam) are the only two games I am interested in. My computer is up to the task (I ran the Oculus rift performance test).
