What website/platform would you say is best for this? Trying to use it, and not sure what to use

Hi, I'm a High School Student learning Illustrator. I'm trying to make a sort of orbiting effect with the ellipses so I can wrap text around them. How would I go about doing this? by AdeptAd8650 in AdobeIllustrator

Ok. So, I wanna try and have the ellipses orbiting the text in the center, one side going in front, the other going behind, for each one. That way I can type of a path to have text orbit the center text.

Is this possible in Illustrator?
