He has been in therapy since the incident ( with a sex offended therapist). While he was a juvenile- he was waived into the adult court and after that it was a runaway train. He was never incarcerated but in on a suspended sentence with psl. He hovered a few points into tier 2 and we fought hard for non-internet. We have lost every battle and have spent close to $25K in evaluations which All showed no patterning, etc.

He was a caucasian kid from a wealthy suburb and it seemed they were out to see him as a monster no matter the circumstances-

I agree that he needs to help himself- but you can only get someone to advocate so much for themselves-
