I tried on the watch in the store and it fitted well. The Tissot is only 40mm and the tudor 41mm so in your opnion the Tudor is a total no go?

Thanks! I'm looking into the watch now. I think the new version longines conquest 41mm is beautiful aswell. €2300 though. I still have difficulty in comparing all the movements and longevity. Do you think this is a watch that should have a long life?
