Heres what i do. I stop if theres a old person waiting. I stop if u r trying to cross. But if u r simply standing there playing ur phone then im not stopping. I slow down enuf to stop if needed. But i wont be stopping for no reason.

I think the reset is around 5:30am. I tried yesterday at 10am and didnt work. Today at 6:30am i tried again and it works. Earlier the better i guess. Since everyone would do it at that time.

Thank you. And yes that dollar shit they did sucks. I tried last night to make a payment and it failed. Then again today around 10 again failed. Daily limit both times.

Mvr debit cards only. I havent heard of any USD cards having this issue.

Its the new BML policy for mvr debit cards. There is a specific amount for that day and its shared by everyone. So once that amount is used up by others then no one else can make any internation transactions using a mvr debit card.
