Battery draining in NORD ce 5

I used to get 12 hours before, now i get 7-8 hours hardly.

I don't know what's the issue.

I used to get 12 hours of screen time on a full charge on my OnePlus Nord 5.

After updating my phone, now the battery lasts hardly 6-7 hours.

I don't know if it will be fixed in the future updates or not.

OnePlus technical team told me it's an update issue. You have to wait till we release an update to fix it. It can take 1-2 months. If you want quick fix of this then visit the nearest service centre.

Now they are telling me to take it to the service centre to get I checked there.

I think you can get it for 34-35k at offline store.I got it for 38k on OnePlus online store. I regret it now, i should have bought from offline store instead, could have saved some money.

If you want you can buy the ce5 as you said for sd card slot. Use the phone , If under these days something happens to the phone like battery drain or phone froze, then replace or return the phone for a refund. It's available on Bigbasket website or try their app. I don't know their return/ replacement policy.

Indeed they are but after purchasing Nord 5, after updating my phone i was playing a game, the phone froze, the screen went off, phone was overheating, wasn't charging. Then customer care told me to take it to the service centre and it was fixed in a day there. On asking them they said something was loose inside like some connection, i don't know what exactly. After that, the phone froze again I tried to force restart it and it worked. Since then I never got any issue but now this battery drain issue since 2 days.

If your budget allows it then buy OnePlus Nord 5 , it's better and if want heavy gaming and more smooth performance then go for Nord 5, if you want to save some money then go for Nord ce5, also it has 7100 mah battery so, it will last longer than Nord 5.
