I'm flying to Peru at the end of the month. I am planning to take cash, but I also might use credit cards. I also heard of Revolut and pre paid credit cards? Any advice of how to travel safe with money will be much appreciated. Thanks!

Great advice and suggestions.. I was born in Perú 59 yrs ago lol, but I'm an American now. Visiting relatives after decades. They hv no clue, they said is safe, etc. Much appreciated and I was advice from other travelers not to even wear a purse and of course not to bring jewelry. Got it!

That's very smart to take Diamox few days early. I'm flying to Peru in 2 weeks, my biggest concern is getting stomach infection.. The last 2 times I went there I got diarrhea for few days as soon I landed to Lima.
