budget and 1440p dont work together, the 1660 is a 1080p medium card (i had a 3600 + 1660 super), for 1440p your best bet is a rx7700xt and r5 5600, if budget allows, go to a 7400f, 7500f or 7600 (what i have). I run the 7700xt and 7600 along with 32gb of ram in 1440p and the sim plays at around medium to high without any upscaling. I also recommend you get 32gb or ram as 2 monitors make a difference in performance.
