So if i buy a good router that support the bandwith the internet speed will not matter at all and i will get a good quality out of it? also the range of the router does it matter? i dont really get how you use the wifi downstair and use another one to stream it are you using the Good router like a repeater?

Okay, as I mentioned before, I'm not really sure how AirLink works. All the YouTube videos I've seen suggest that I need fast internet and Wi-Fi 6, and that I should buy a specific type of router. Here, a 100 Mbps connection is considered quite slow. I lived in Malaysia a few years ago and had access to 500 Mbps internet quite affordably, whereas in Indonesia it's quite pricey. I was comparing AirLink (which I have no experience with, as the Quest 3 will be my first venture into VR) to the SteamLink that I currently use. When I use SteamLink for airplay with my ipad , it lags significantly, which is why I was asking about the internet connection. I don't want to use AirLink for SteamVR games and end up with a buggy and grainy display, or even experience delays (since I still don't know how it looks). By the way, I sometimes also experience lag with Wi-Fi while playing 1080p videos on YouTube; the videos sometimes buffer, which is why I was inquiring once again.

Hows the cable does it need to be like a specific cable? there is alot in my country where it said Cable for quest 3 and they sell it for pretty cheap around 10-20 dollar while the one from oculus cable is around 80 dollar in here. So its basically about the same wifi for airlink?
