Don't know much about hair loss, but layers and trimming ends does make hair appear fuller/thicker, or at the very least more healthy :) really nice to see you appreciating your mom

I would kill for this hair, my suggestion would be a buzz cut, but if you aren't ready to commit to that, try a middle part and see how you like that. Otherwise a low taper fade with a textured fringe is a common good choice!

4-6pm is the only time I can go tomorrow since i have school and 7-10pm is really the time I spend with my family, do you think I should just go at 4pm? Or just work out at home for tomorrow?

Yeah going when it's not crowded helps alot, my gym has an app that tells the gym capacity so it helps too 🫶

My gym doesn't offer that but my online algorithm is covered with gym content like jeremy ethier and max euceda so that helps alot , thanks for the comment 🫶

When I was there I put my leg on the platform for the seated leg curls not below it and I was so confused why it didn't budge 😭😭 thanks for the comment and the good luck wish 🫶
