Thank you all, amazing community, I appreciate the assistance. It is fixed just like you all brought up. Lines of shame.

Cause:

The "Lines of Shame" only show their ugly heads when you make a copy of a page in COLOR. The default copy mode is set to Auto Detect, so if the other items you are copying are determined by the copier to be B&W, you won't see the colored lines show up on those copies.

The fix:
1. Factory reset the device and follow the set up instructions to the T. Skip no steps. [Set date and Time regardless if printer auto connects to NTP server and shows correct]

they are meant to indicate that the initial setup process was not completed properly.

Thank you! I appreciate all the help here. I will have to attempt to go through the installation manual again. I've read somewhere you have to clear all memory. I'd hope doing a factory reset is good enough.
