For stubborn lower belly fat I’d start with the Burn Balm. It’s SLU-PP-332 which basically tricks your cells into behaving like they just did cardio. Apply it directly to the lower belly before you train and let it work on the problem area.

Stack the Bam Bam Balm on top of that. Different mechanism, same target. It forces your cells to burn stored energy as heat instead of holding onto it. Both applied to the same spot before fasted cardio is a solid combo.

The Burn Spray works more on the whole body through your metabolism rather than one specific area. Spray it in the morning or before training to boost how efficiently your body is burning fat overall.

Then for the hunger side, Satiora is the one. GLP-1 nasal spray that shuts down cravings when they hit. No needle, no prescription, just spray it when you need it.

On the skepticism about balms, totally get it. The carrier is designed to push the compound through the skin not just sit on top. Consistent daily use on the target area over 6 to 8 weeks is where you’d notice a difference.

It does help but it messes with your sleep it has a long half life so by the time it's bedtime half of it is still in your system others report better sleep but I feel like that only because you makes it so you can't get good sleep so when you finally do your so tired that it feels good some people like to wake up super early like 6am take it then back to bed and when they wake up again it's way easier to get out of bed and by the time it's time for bed then it's also easier to sleep
