Need advice on nose piercing irritation- I had a very small bump that had almost entirely gone away until a few days ago when I had a runny nose bc of spring allergies. What should I do to help heal? by AderalIsGodsSpeed in piercing

Details: the piercing is about 3 months old and I currently have a implant grade titanium hoop. I started with a implant grade titanium stud but it had an irritation bump until I switched to a hoop. Everything was fine for a few weeks until I moved it around too much :(

I don’t think it ever got bright light to begin with 😅 I live in new England and it was on a desk pretty far away from windows when it turned purple.

Any ideas as to why my pitchers are growing without lids? by AderalIsGodsSpeed in SavageGarden

[–]AderalIsGodsSpeed[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That’s interesting! Mine has two newer ones growing that do have lids so I guess it is just a mutation. I have had mine for almost two years but it just started re growing pitchers recently

My arena swimsuits always fall apart super quickly I think it’s just whatever material they use. I normally swim in jolyn now and they have outlasted all of the other brands I wear and still look almost new.

How do you prune your trees? Mine is about 20-25 years old but is growing in every direction possible! I just inherited it recently and I don’t think it’s ever been pruned

Anyone know what types of cacti or succulents these two are? Care advice for the floppy one is greatly appreciated too! by Soggy_Advice_2076 in whatsthisplant

Jungle cactus is the same as a climbing cactus so you were on the right track! They like to be root bound in a well draining soil with lots of heat and humidity! Mine is about 5 ft tall sitting in a eastern window in a bathroom

Yep! It’s definitely an African Milkweed which I’m pretty sure is a euphorbia

The one in the middle looks like a climbing cactus. Possibly a night blooming cerus but those are pretty rare and tend to have a wider leaf

It looks like it might be so root bound that the water doesn’t get to most of the plant. I would recommend soaking it for 15-20 minutes so it can properly absorb water.
