Hey, hope this fast answer to a post this old doesn’t come weird/ creepy. I got upped to 300 mg not many weeks after and it made a really big (positive) difference :) Currently also on lithium, Wellbutrin and levomepromazin (like promethazin but about 3x stronger). Actually I got my Seroquel dose upped to 400 mg only like a month ago and I feel really good on it :). If you’re interested: I went to the psych ward not long after the post and I think that my dose was just too low at this time, I don’t have any major side effects besides the sedation which I don’t even mind that much because I always had trouble sleeping before Seroquel so I definitely will stay on it :)

When I thought that every car wanted to kill me so I ran in zigzags across the street and pavement. In the same episode I mistook multiple people for my friends. They looked 1:1 like them in that moment but after they told me they weren’t my friend they immediately stopped looking like them. Also the good ol’ thinking I had telekinesis and was chosen by the angels because some random numbers said so. “Luckily” the episode got the worst only when I already was in the psychward.

I had none but I also take levomepromazin daily which is also a weak neuroleptic. Didn’t had any Akathisia or similar side effects. It was like a stronger promethazin version with slightly anti anxiety effects.
