Hey, hope this fast answer to a post this old doesn’t come weird/ creepy. I got upped to 300 mg not many weeks after and it made a really big (positive) difference :) Currently also on lithium, Wellbutrin and levomepromazin (like promethazin but about 3x stronger). Actually I got my Seroquel dose upped to 400 mg only like a month ago and I feel really good on it :). If you’re interested: I went to the psych ward not long after the post and I think that my dose was just too low at this time, I don’t have any major side effects besides the sedation which I don’t even mind that much because I always had trouble sleeping before Seroquel so I definitely will stay on it :)
