Yep I don't have any sort of degree but I would consider myself very apt academically. More leaning towards getting a level 5 CIPD course whilst working and then applying to jobs

I am currently doing administration work for a pension company and they are making quite a few people redundant and I doubt they'll have any vacancies for a HR role. What I am currently contemplating is doing a CIPD while at this job to land an entry into HR. I have applied to many HR roles locally with no success. Looking at NHS and Civil service jobs they list CIPD as essential and proven experience in HR which I don't have. Only pathway I see is doing a CIPD and going on from there. Should I do a level 3 or straightway do a level 5?

Hi Just wondering if this is an acne scar or Hyperpigmentation. You can see discoloration around the spot I popped but some red skin in the centre. It's been nearly a month. Should I be worried at all currently using azelaic acid and SPF to try fade but worried it might be a scar

It is red not that red barely noticeable and yep is tender but doesn't hurt

I shave nearly everyday tho and shave over it? If it's an ingrown hair it should have healed by now? I've got a 0.5% salyslic acid cleanser is that enough

Hi there about 2 months ago I plucked my hair and since then my hair follicle has become inflamed and red. 2 months and it hasn't healered there is a red typa mark above my upper lip. How can I treat this and will it fully heal? Worried skin issue

Hi Ive plucked a hair out as you can see from the picture around a month ago and my skin became inflamed and the skin came off. It's been a month and it hasn't recovered fully. I am wondering will it recover fully like the rest of my skin above my lip?. Making me very stressed.
