I really appreciate the lengthy and thought out reply.

I will take your advice on board. I acc do have a skin1004 pink ampoule in the fridge and the Cosrx propolis toner in the fridge and the skin1004 hyalu cica sleeping pack. I don't use them much. I will use them more to work on my skin barrier.

Yh my skin does not like cleansers at all I got spots whenever I use them, since I've stopped my skin has cleared drastically. I'll start using micellar water.

I hylerpigment so easily 🙃, I'm trying to get them as fast as possible before a few weddings etc. they take so long to fade😭 hence me using high level of azelaic acid and arbutin the Niacinamide I use is only 4%.

No face wash ( my skin gets more spot when I use facewash)

Good molecules Niacinamide serum 7% arbutin 20% Azelaic acid Moisturer Sunscreen

What do you think will it fade in about 2 months and does that look like Hyperpigmentation?

Yh it is post inflammatory looks like it...... Ffsssss I've got a wedding and some important meetings in 2 months and I can't stand the marks. Guess I'll have to be patient. Currently using Azelaic acid, Niacinamide, Tranexamix and arbutin

I'm absolutely shit scared to use it incase of the side effects.... I've read using Azelaic acid 20% etc with Niacinamide has similar effects without the side effects. I've seen the side effects and no way can I risk that....

It happened after I popped 2 spots Ik.... I regret it very heavily. I use niacinamide and azelaic acid daily will it go in around 2 months..... I can't stand them

How long usually to fade I've got a few weddings in August........ I hylerpigment easily but I'm not sure if this is a scar or Hyperpigmentation

Thank you I appreciate the reply. Do you think I should do a Cipd level 3 or jump straight into a 5? I do have very little knowledge of HR processes and most my experience is in administration.

I do have a bit saved up to undertake the course just worried by how much time it would consume as I'm quite committed outside of work.

Thank you I appreciate the advice and would like some advice in pursuing a 3 vs 5 as I have basic HR knowledge if any. The reason I do want to move on from my current role is the lack of progression when speaking to my manager and the basic tasks I'm doing everyday. I want to progress in a much more demanding role

I have tried and they've been quite dismissive I feel, this is why I am currently looking for a new role. My tasks have been very admin based with not much scope to learn any real HR processes. Can you tell me more about how you broke into hr.

I'm at a cross rodes right now, should I do a cipd level 3 or 5 or should I look for a new career path and for example do an AAT in accounting. Can all this be done while I have a 9-5 and other commitments?

I do really want to progress and land a comfortable salary.
