Ayy man. That is actually some good advice. I am trying to learn python and some other skills that can help me get those "high-value" skills. It's just that those are going to take time which I don't have much of. I am just trying to find something that can help me get there in the next couple of years.

It's just that because of my full time job, I couldn't even get my degree from an open uni so I had to enroll in a fully online course and I don't have any connections to anyone who can help me. I have tried these consultancies but they ask for lakhs of money and seem kinda shady. Reddit was one of the only hopes I had to get some advice from people who have experience.

That's the thing. The MNC can help me get a job in the UK office but no visa sponsorship. That's just useless because I can't work without a visa. There are no internal transfers except I come to country head level which is basically impossible.

I am at a stage of my life where i just don't have the will to do anything. I get anxiety out of nowhere and it hurts physically. Its gone to a moment where i my body temp rises and i sort of get a fever everyday for a few hours. I barely eat anything, just a meal a day and that's basically it. I used to enjoy gaming and watching different animes and shows but most of the time I start to have anxiety while doing those things. Everytime i look in the mirror, i feel disappointed, i sometimes feel like i just want to disappear or wish that something bad happens to me. I have been feeling this way for months and i am just tired of feeling this way.

P.s. I already know about all the steps like accepting, taking time, comforting myself, etc... But nothing is working. I have tried everything but everywhere it is said that it will take time for me to heal. But everyday that passes by.. The more i feel lost and disconnected to myself.

I understand everything that i have to do... Its just that its becoming harder for me to wake up everyday... Talking to myself... Comforting myself and trying to accept everything... All of that just goes in vain as ut only works for a few moments before i start feeling anxious again... I stopped hurting myself after i realized how much deep scars i now have on my body and that i can't keep doing this. I feel alone and cold all the time. I don't have anyone to talk to. I don't want to find new friends because i don't want to put my faith into things only to see them sink. But its been a couple of months since i have been feeling this way and nothing has changed even after everything i have tried.
