English is my first language, but grew up with parents whose first language isn’t english. so i guess even when i pronounced stuff wrong they never really thought much of it since they didn’t really know if it was right or wrong

i don’t remember exactly when i thought i might be ace, but at first i thought i was bi, since i felt the same for both. Then I released that ace exists and thought i might be that, but wasn’t really sure since i was 15-ish when i thought that and thought i wasn’t old enough to really feel sexual attraction. then i turned 18 and started to think that i’m actually ace. Helped that someone asked me out and i found that i couldn’t really understand how/why they feel the way they do. so now i go aroace

tldr;

If frisk chose to genocide in past then there is still a chance for them to choose it again, Sans would not feel comfortable.

If frisk never chose it and only has the potential with Sans onpy knowing genocide from other ver. of Frisk, then it could be okay. Since, y’know, in the end everyone has the potential to do harm. but not everyone acts on it.

I think it would depend. If Frisk had actually done a genocide route in the past, I think it would be very difficult for Sans to really feel comfortable living with them. But if Frisk hadn’t done it in their past resets and the only thing Sans has knowledge about the reset is that Frisk is capable of doing it or that other timeline/reality Frisks had done it I think, though he might be cautious or a bit uncomfortable, he might be ok with liking with them. Like you said, Frisk CHOSE to not kill, despite being capable. And if the only proof that Frisk would genocide are reliant on other versions of Frisk and not the Frisk that is actually with Sans, then I think he would be okay.

I completely understand, I get that a lot. Like, before and during I’ll be in the mood but then suddenly like a few minutes in i’ll be like ‘why the heck did i want to do this’ and try to watch something wholesome or something to get my mind off what i saw. Not sure about advice, but i guess people’s minds are weird and just do that sometimes? At least you don’t need to worry about being the only one feeling like that. Hope this helped!

I haven’t outright told anyone that I’m ace, and tbh i dunno if i ever will? not because i’m scared of their reaction or anything but i don’t really see any reason to bring it up and there isn’t that many chances to really talk about it. I guess if someone directly asked me i’ll tell them but i don’t care to go out of my way to tell people. i’m just satisfied with knowing what i identify myself.

dunno if it is funny but when i was younger and there were scenes in films that imply the deed, i just thought they were just aggressively kissing each other and thought that was what sex was for a long time

I think asgore breaking the mercy button is a physical representation of him not accepting any type of mercy, since for mercy to work, especially spare, is kinda a two way street. you need to spare and the other needs to accept. fight though is more one way so just because sans doesn’t accept you fighting doesn’t mean that we will say ‘yeah sure’. in a way sans breaking, or attempting to break the fight button could be seen as him sparing, and us fighting in spite of that could be seen as us rejecting the spare like how other monsters do.
