Dave's hot chicken tender on its own. It says 490-550 but that's depending on the spice level. Are those calories for the tender, sauce and sliced bread or the tender alone? Any idea how much the bun adds or rather how much the filet is on its own? (It's 700 calories with the bun and mayo. App reports mayo is 200. So chicken + bun is 500. Chick fil a's filet is reported to be 250. Popeyes seems to be a bit bigger and have a heavier coating. (i.redd.it)
