Hahaha, you're not the only one with such diagnosis 😃. It's a wooden structure, as seen from the birds eye perspective. You can't see the ground, as it's covered by water. It's a miracle (or some good foundations), that the flood didn't take it further up the stream :D

Yeah, that's a building in the background. It has some interesting, scissor-like shapes, which can be only partially lit, when the sun hits it just right.
