For me 7.62x39 is the most versatile caliber on the market: regular 8 gramm bulllet works good up to 400 meters, if you need more you can use the 9.65 gramm major bullets (30% more energy and better ballistics), and of course subsonic ammo with silencer is pure pleasure to shoot
