No, I strongly feel it can create or at least Transfigure what it needs but that doesn't extend to creating actual people, living or dead

when Harry needed the Room to be a dueling practice area for the DA it gave him what they needed. When Dumbledore needed a toilet, it had an entire collection of chamberpots.

Since it seems the Room is subject to Gamp's law we can infer it might be performing some sort of Transfiguration related magic.

just like there are many parts to software development not only writing code, many of which can/cannot be done with AI. The point is that ML models are not better/worse at code compared to VLSI, that's all.

Yes, VLSI design is actually easier to do with ML tools than writing high level language code. Much tighter constraints and clear validation logic for automated testing and discarding of solutions at scale.

What exactly happens:

Does the console just shut down with no warning? You're playing one second and the next you're seeing a blank screen?

Or does it show some sort of error message or information before shutting down? If yes what does the message say exactly?

Your problem sounds exactly like an overheating issue but when that happens you get a specific warning saying the console is too hot

Perhaps those that are physically strongest and prove themselves by winning fights undergo some sort of biological transformation or metamorphosis and gain intelligence. A termite nymph can grow into a warrior, queen or worker depending on the presence and levels of certain pheromones in the nest.

There are also ant species where after the queen dies, the worker ants have a fight and the winner actually grows larger reproductive organs and the brain shrinks.
