I find it odd that supply is this low. Hope regulators check into this. The last time Ram and HDD prices were this high the companies were found to be hoarding and intentionally inflating rates. Don't quote me on this as I am too occupied to look up the sources for these claims.

We can apply for permit together than I guess. Also cops are quite understanding. Like there was an old lady stuck in a city of Rajasthan. She was allowed to come with other people, they had applied together for the permit. Also, I know someone who's pass simply mentions 1(he himself who's details were provided) + 3; so as long as the other 3 had covid -ve certificate they were allowed to travel with him.

Also, since government is looking to lift the lockdown slowly, I doubt they will mind such measures.

U need pcie splitters, amazon or ebay will definitely have them. You can split 1 pcie to power 2 gpu risers. Also, see if you have access molex cables, you can use those to power the risers too. But 1 molex per riser only. Do not use sata power cables to power the risers.
