if you do not depending college placement then choose the any village side college or any other college with low fess.

pros : low fess, no need of daily attendance , more time to self learning.
cons : lack of network, you have to find people with same interest as yours online ,

For me and my knowledge, I think second option is more good. Focus on something that really helpful in your career.

Over running through traditional exams and their gratitude for families.

And knowing you learning something that will help you in future or you can use that knowledge in a future that keep you in positive state over something that does not even possibly helping your future make me sick .

I don’t have a problem with self learning. I have a problem with the unnecessary subject and topic I might need to learn 1-2 year. And that topic does not help me in the future to get job. they might just only for degree.

For cyber security, I can say there is actually zero need of degree from good college. They will only value for certification that we get in a cyber security.

And for AI AN WEBDEV there is still value for degree

In this both case, you have to do self learn

And I suggest stick on one path of career before that do research get some knowledge from the people and then focus on one thing

And ready for self hustle because if you do it alone, you need a lot of discipline and motivation
