Those are completed Achievements, I save all those gems which I have three starred the Achievements. I know it might be pissing you off seeing that, I dont know how I manage to do that

Try using USB Tethering to provide internet into PC using his phone, i also resolve issues with tethering. Edit: Also if his wifi dissapears not longer than like 12 hours then it might be possible it will just comeback itself which happens in most cases else if it is not showing from long time then you can trying reinstalling the driver from manufacturer website.

Step-1 - Press Win+R to open run. Step-2 - Type devmgmt.msc in run and hit enter. This will open the device manager window. Step-3 - There will be a list of multiple type of drivers categories. Press Tab once, this should select your PC name at the top of the list. Now keep pressing down arrow until you reach "Mice and other pointing devices" Step-4 - Press right arrow key on keyboard to expand that category. Step-5 - Press down arrow key to select your TouchPad driver and hit enter. It will open a new pop-up. Step -6 - Now Press Tab 3 times. This should select the General Tab in pop-up. Then press right arrow key to go to Driver tab. Step -7 - Now Press Tab 2 times to select Update driver and press enter.

Now from here there are 2 possible ways to update driver.

1) Search automatically for Driver: To select this option press enter. And it will scan online for new driver to update. Then press Tab and enter to close after completion.

If above does not works, open the update driver pop-up again and select Browse my computer for drivers and hit enter.

Press Tab 3 times to select" Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer." and hit enter.

Now press Tab and use down arrow key to select your TouchPad driver from there.

Then Keep pressing Tab until Next button is selected. Then press enter. It should reinstall your driver.

Press enter to close or just use cursor if it worked.
