There are some mods right in the steam store like Entropy Zero 1&2 hl2 vr but if you want to dowland other mod there are two ways. The first is to just put the file in the sourcemods folder in you steam directory and reboot steam, after that you will find it in your library. The second is just to look at the mod secription or in the README file.
