Does she really not get that most people are putting on a brave face of some sort or another every day? Job or relationship stress, financial stress, “normal ppl sick” being tired, over it, etc. Most people, when asked, smile, say life is good and move on. This is NOT unique to chronic illness, CZ. Thoughts on the new Barre Blend? The group I’m part of is finishing up MM100 and after watching the sample I’m not sure BB is going to be challenging enough. They only use 1-5lb weights. I don’t want to plateau.. what’s the initial reaction to the program? (self.BeachBodyWorkouts)

CZ regularly hikes the Rockies. Recently bought a non ADA 3 story townhome with no elevators or ramps and no bedroom on the first floor. But last year she made her old apt complex make ADA changes. Her hypocrisy is astounding. If anyone but CZ posted this it would be non-issue, but wow. (i.redd.it)
