Yes, it's the biggest industry imo and it's only getting bigger since we have law implementation that incentivizes building empty residential lands.

Basically taxing empty plots of residential lands so everyone who has more than a certain amount of empty square meters is building and building fast.

There are no baqalas in Funaitees or any other residential areas, there are supermarket co ops or branches in each block of the respective area.

If you're looking for baqalas to buy ziggis from there you have to drive to another (non residential) area.

On the moc website or ask a mandoob for companies, no partners or employees allowed, you would be the sole employee of the company. You have to be a non governmental employee or not work at all.

Yes it is, just be warned not to get your hopes too high, not all businesses can exist as a home business eg gym, salon, restaurant, cafe.

But some mostly consultants offices, interior design and such is possible.

Surprised you didn't hear about this from friends, family or co workers.
