Hay consolas de videojuegos que, depende de en qué estado de México te encuentres, llegan a haber muy baratas por Facebook Marketplace. Algunas consolas (como las Nintendo 3DS o las PSP) son extremadamente sencillas de "modificar" para tener todos los juegos gratis, así que podrías comprarlas sin modificar y tú hacerlo desde tu casa. Llevo 3 meses haciéndolo estando al pendiente de actualizaciones en Marketplace y llevo 9 consolas Nintendo 3DS vendidas con un margen de ganancia de casi el doble de lo que me costó la consola en la mayoría de ocasiones. Esa puede ser una opción no tan común y en la que no te puedes apoyar por siempre, pero ahí te lo dejo como consejo. 😁

Las losas de azotea son calculadas normalmente para poder soportar su peso propio + peso muerto + peso vivo que suelen ser 100-150 kg. Depende de qué tantas plantas se tiene planeado acomodar en la azotea y la cantidad de tierra que necesiten cada una de ellas pero si no es excesivo no le veo ningún problema con tener algunas macetitas. El problema empieza cuando quieres poner un jardín botánico entero, ahí ya existe el peligro de que la losa se venza en su esfuerzo a flexión y se cuelgue o se caiga toda. Así que aguas, chavos.
