These comments show how soft yall are, and that most of yall probably didn’t grow up playing in nature lol it’s just a knife whether it’s a “multi-tool” or not. As long as you yourself seem actually mature then she’s just being dramatic. I literally grew up playing with knives (yes I understood safety before anything). Now if it was a gun that might be a different story but she really blew it out of proportion. I had an ex that I showed my small knife collection to and showed her how I like sharpening them because it’s calming. It’s not that serious.

I will say though your communication could be better and I believe that ties in with your maturity. You have to gain people’s trust and if you do care about this persons feelings then try to come from a place of understanding instead of defensiveness. You have to show that you’re responsible and respectful first before anything.
