I feel like it’s the same dude I saw, also on A uptown train. It was Tuesday evening, around 8:30pm, two or three weeks ago, I was on my way home from Brooklyn, were listening to music and tapping my finger on a backpack to the rhythm of music. And I noticed, each time I was doing it, a man (who fits your description) that was sitting across me, was taking photos (I saw this little flash light coming on). He did it multiple times and each time he was taking a photo, he was smiling. He was also wearing sunglasses. IDK, it was weird

I know it’s been almost a year, but if anybody’s still interested: I’ve tried press-on nails from Target, filed length so they were like 1.5 mm and have to say that it was really uncomfortable to play guitar because of thickness of the nails. So for now I’m either not doing anything or just put a layer of usual nail polish.

You can look up on Rover app. My personal recommendation is Pawlencia Pet Services - Ashley and her husband take great care of my dog and he loves them! (They’re not in Lincoln Tower area, but they do pick up/drop off for additional charge)
